Privacy on kuuko.app

Last updated 23 October 2026. This notice covers this website. The Kuuko app, its DNS service and its email aliases get their own notice before they are offered to anyone.

What happens when you open this site

• Your browser sends your IP address and the usual technical request data to our server, so the server can send the page back. The server uses them only for that.
• We keep no access logs: we do not record who opened which page.
• No cookies, no local storage, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking.
• Nothing is loaded from other servers: no external fonts, scripts or images.
• The server's system log can hold technical error messages for a short time. It is kept in memory only and deleted after 24 hours at the latest.

Hosting and DNS

Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany) provides the server and its network connection. deSEC e.V. (Berlin) answers the name lookups for kuuko.app; these lookups normally come from your DNS resolver, not from your device.

If you write to us

We use your email address and message only to answer you, and delete them once the matter is closed, unless the law requires us to keep them. Mail to kuuko@sf4l.net is handled by our email provider, Google Workspace (Google), which may also process it outside the EU.

Legal basis

Delivering a secure website and answering messages: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); where you ask us for something, the steps before or in a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, and you can object. Write to kuuko@sf4l.net; we answer within one month. You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).

Changes

When this notice changes, we update the date at the top.
