TikTok

Its Pixel on other websites, and your TikTok settings.

The TikTok Pixel is code that shops and websites add to measure how their TikTok ads perform. It is on 0.7% of all websites (W3Techs, 28 October 2026). TikTok says it may collect cookies, information about the page, buttons clicked, and events, such as whether someone views a product or completes a purchase.

The Pixel is part of the shop’s own page, so it loads whether or not you use TikTok, unless something blocks it. TikTok’s page doesn’t say what it does with information about people who don’t use TikTok.

What Kuuko blocks

  • The TikTok Pixel on websites and in shops.
  • TikTok’s known tracking addresses, across your apps.

What keeps working

  • tiktok.com in your browser. The test above checks that it still answers.

What no blocker can stop

  • What you watch and do inside the TikTok app.

TikTok’s own settings

  • In the TikTok app, under Ads, Your Off-TikTok Activity lets you clear what advertising partners shared about you. You can do it every 24 hours.
  • In the European Economic Area and Switzerland, the Personalized ads switch under Settings and privacy › Ads decides whether your activity on and off TikTok is used to show you personalised ads. TikTok says you still see ads, but they may be less relevant.

On iPhone

  • On your iPhone, Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking: if TikTok isn’t allowed to track your activity across other companies’ apps and websites, TikTok says that setting takes precedence over its own.

Why is there no switch? Kuuko’s main list already holds the known TikTok tracking addresses: 436 of the 437 on HaGeZi’s TikTok list on 28 October 2026. A switch would change nothing, so TikTok tracking is always blocked.

Want TikTok gone completely? Social networks blocks tiktok.com. We haven’t tested yet whether the TikTok app gets around it, as Instagram does.

Lists: HaGeZi DNS Blocklists.

In the Kuuko app this page also has the TikTok switch and a live test of its tracker addresses.
